Varun Dhawan Calls for Fair Accountability
At a promotional event in Jaipur, Varun Dhawan addressed the stampede incident, emphasizing that it is wrong to place all the blame on a single person. In a viral video shared by paparazzo Pallav Paliwal, Varun stated, “There are safety protocols. An actor cannot take everything upon himself.” He also praised the event management at Cinepolis during his own promotional event, highlighting their effective handling of the situation.
Sending Condolences, But Asking for Balanced Responsibility
Varun Dhawan expressed his heartfelt condolences, saying, “I’m very sorry for the loss.” However, he also pointed out that such incidents should not lead to the sole blame of one individual. He added, “But at the same time, I think you cannot put the blame on just one person.” His comments have generated a conversation on social media, stressing the importance of shared responsibility in large-scale public events.
