A Facebook post from Shubu Lonkar, an alleged associate of Bishnoi, has drawn connections between Siddique’s murder and the death of Anuj Thapan. Thapan died by suicide on May 1 while in custody, following an incident in which he opened fire outside Salman Khan’s apartment on April 14.
